Tech for crisis was our initiative during the pandemic to assist various groups of the society by providing digital tools for weathering the crisis. We've left this up as we think many of these are still relevant in the general digitalisation that followed

Tech for Crisis highlights the solutions from large technology companies as well as startups for:

parents, who are now unexpectedly also the filling the role of teachers, hobbies and playdates for their kids while working remotely,
people, who have abruptly lost their jobs and are faced with an insecure future,
emergency responders and medical personnel combating the pandemic while also providing services to other patients,
quarantined people challenged by the isolation in everyday practicalities as well as mental wellbeing,
people faced with remote work for the first time ever.

We try to find solutions that benefit everyone in the world. But as we ourselves are European investors and many of these sectors are regulated, which tends to mean a more local coverage, the selection does tend to skew towards European-founded startups. We also focus first and foremost on employees, but also try to offer resources to employers who suddenly find themselves in a new situation, especially for smaller and younger companies or those in the field of medicine or education provision
